Every Extra Field On Your Form Is Costing You Leads

Today on the Calculate Minute, why every extra field on your form is costing you leads.

Long forms, the ones asking for GPA, major, high school, birthdate, address, ask prospects to expose themselves to an avalanche of marketing way before they're ready. Most bail before they finish, costing you a potential lead.

Short forms, simply asking for their name, email, phone, and one field to ask a question are less intrusive to a prospect and still get them engaged with your admissions team. You can ask all the rest later, once they're ready.

Remember, the form's job isn't to qualify the lead, it's to capture initial interest on their terms. In many cases, that's the ideal first step in the enrollment process.

Want a digital marketing campaign that captures interest instead of scaring it away? Let's talk.
