Calculate, LLC is a digital marketing agency serving colleges and universities. This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.
It covers our website, calculateedu.com, and Calculate Lead Sync, the software we use to deliver ad leads to our clients. When someone submits a lead form on an ad or landing page we run for a client, that client is responsible for the data. We handle it only on their behalf.
Information we collect
Lead form data, on behalf of clients. When you submit a lead form in a Facebook, Instagram, or Google ad, or on a landing page we manage, we receive what you entered. This usually includes:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Answers to any questions on the form
- The form or campaign name, the platform (Facebook, Instagram, Google, or website), and the submission time
- A lead ID assigned by the ad platform
We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or passwords through lead forms.

If you contact Calculate directly through our site or by email, we receive the details you send us.
How we use it
We use lead form data for one purpose: delivering it to the client whose ad or landing page collected it, so they can follow up with you.
In practice, each lead is written to a Google Sheet that belongs to that client. We may also count leads by campaign to report on ad performance to that same client.
We do not use lead data for our own marketing, combine it across clients, or use it to build profiles. We act as a service provider to our clients, and their own privacy policies govern how they use your information after they receive it.
Data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Calculate Lead Sync is a Facebook app that receives Lead Ads submissions from Facebook Pages our clients have authorized. It uses Meta permissions only to read new leads from those Pages and send them to the client's Google Sheet.
- We access lead data only for Pages a client has connected to us.
- We do not sell Meta Platform data or share it with data brokers, advertising networks, or anyone other than the client who ran the ad.
- We do not use it to target ads, build audiences, or for any purpose beyond delivering the lead.
- We handle it in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal information. We share lead data only with:
- The client who ran the ad or landing page, so they can contact you.
- Service providers we rely on to deliver it, mainly Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script) and Meta (Lead Ads). They process data under their own terms.
- Authorities, if the law requires it, such as in response to a valid legal request.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
Lead data stays in the client's Google Sheet for as long as our engagement with that client continues. When the engagement ends, we hand the sheet over to the client or delete our access to it within 30 days.
Access is limited to Calculate team members working on that client's account. Access tokens for Meta and Google are stored in secure script settings, not in shared documents.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete any lead information we hold about you at any time.
- Email privacy@calculateedu.com with the subject line "Data deletion request."
- Include the name and email address or phone number you used on the form, and the school or ad if you know it.
- We will delete your information from the Google Sheets we manage within 30 days and confirm by email.
If the client has already copied your information into their own systems, we will forward your request to them. You can also contact the school directly.
These instructions also serve as the data deletion process for the Calculate Lead Sync Facebook app.
Children
Our services are meant for adults and prospective college students who choose to submit their information. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will update the last updated date above.
